Refunds are accepted on items purchased from the website. If you are not 100% satisfied or the item is faulty please contact us within 14 days upon receiving your order.
Custom accessories are not accepted for refund unless faulty as they are made to your specifications. Please ensure you measure correctly and double check before you order.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item to us you must obtain a proof of postage receipt for your own records. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Dog's Lifetime Guarantee
We offer a lifetime guarantee on all our handmade collars and leads. If your collar or lead should fail please email email@example.com with pictures of your item and your original order number. We will them assess whether the item can be repairs or whether it's better just to make a new item for you.
We do not cover damage due to chewing, intentional damage or damage due to misuse, e.g. if a collar is used for a tie out.

As customers of Devil Dood Direct, we may hold some of your personal contact information (your name, email address, postal address and telephone number). This information will always be held securely.
Any information held is purely personal information. We will never have access to your financial information, which includes your bank and card details.
When you place an order, Wix, which is our website provider, will provide us with enough information to sufficiently process your order and post it out to you.
All of this information is held in a secure folder on a computer which is password protected to ensure that no one, other than ourselves have access to it.
